The era of instant access is here as we continue to experience meteoric growth in mobile and social computing, connecting one end of the globe to the other at the touch of a finger.   Tablets, portable devices, and smart phones are changing the social nature of our business interactions on a national and international stage.   This new collaborative mind set requires a fundamental shift in the delivery model — with a unique set of challenges and standards.
